This course, “Game Development Essentials in Godot,” expands from the previous 3D game development course in Godot and deals with some elements of a game, such as pausing, menus, switching scenes, saving data, music, and settings. You will have a solid game framework that can be consistently expanded on by the time you’re done. We will also discuss the organization and design of your project for scalability, and you will be able to write very flexible and portable code using GDscript. After each lesson, lesson codes will be shared in GitHub, and videos will be shared in Godot v4. 2. 2.
